  : The small type apartment is suitable for a home kind of feeling , everything is clean and the complementary coffee and teas are great in the morning .

  : We wanted to be able to cook simple food. However the facilities were poor for cooking. No microwave and what could be a dangerous hot plate.

  : The room was conveniently located near the train station on a quiet street. It was easy to get to Aachen Cathedral and other historic sights.
  : There were not enough outlets. Even though there was a fan, there was no place to plug it in near the bed as the only other outlet was taken up by our device charger. We tried to plug it in where the TV was, but the plug kept falling out of the socket. This would not prevent us from staying here again, however.

  : I booked two rooms but wasnt told at the time of booking they had to be in different names so when we got there we only had entry code details for one of them. It was quite complicated to get the information for the other.

  : I stayed for two nights in room 107. Clean room, good cooking facilities and bathroom.
  : - The door of the bathroom can't be locked in room 107. Not an issue for me as I was by myself, but this can be a problem for others. - The curtains can't be closed in such a way that it blocks the entire view from outside. The roller shutter didn't work either. - During my second night, there were people throwing a party all night in the room adjacent to mine (the room to the left when you look out from the window), making jungle and monkey sounds. This took away a sense of safety because there is no security on site. These guests should be blacklisted.

  : It was nice to have kitchen facilities (hob, fridge, sink, kettle and a coffee maker), with a generous amount of coffee pods and variety of teabags to start off. The bathroom and shower were good, although somewhat marred by the weird insects (maybe silverfish?) that living in the shower basin.
  : The suite was very dark and noisy; the walls were so thin I could hear people in adjoining rooms walking around and talking. It was so dark I had to have the lights on all the time. It was not suitable for my five-day stay for a conference, during which I had work to do. There was no suitable reading light, and one of the bedside lamps could not even be plugged in. On my first night, people in the next suite played loud music and talked loudly until 6.30 in the morning, which kept me awake all night. As there is no reception desk onsite, there was no one to manage the situation and I did not want to approach them on my own. There was also building work directly outside my window, which began at 7.30 every morning. When I phoned the number provided to ask for a different room, the woman answering was quick to tell me that she was located miles away and could not help. There was no security in the building, I did not feel very safe in general staying there as a woman on my own. It was located in a slightly sketchy area near the train station, and within an office block, which was rather strange. All communication was conducted through their own website or by phoning a German number, rather than through the Booking.com site. I was particularly disappointed because I had paid for one of the more expensive suites, and my room did not correspond to the light and bright images shown on the Booking.com page; there was no sofa either, as shown in most of the pictures, one of the features I had thought it worth paying extra for as I was staying so long.
