  : We booked a courtyard view, which was nice. We sat in the courtyard during our stay . Because we were unable to utilize the pool / hot tub area. I will get to that in a minute. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. But the walls were thin. You could hear kids squealing from across the hall through the doors that led to the pool area. Which was buffered by yet another hall! It was so disturbing that I had to call the front desk to see if they could address it. It only stopped for a few minutes. And in a minute you will understand why!
  : We booked because this hotel had a pool , hot tub(because my husband has had back surgeries, and hot tubs help after 6 hours of driving)and a courtyard view. Free breakfast. Well, we never got to use the pool or hot tub. There were at least 3 kids' birthday parties going on in the pool area. A minimum of 30 kids in the pool and the hot tub had about 10 to 15 kids in it! Parents were all partying and drinking! My husband asked the front desk if there was an adult time slot for this area. Of which he was told no. They told him it's open to everybody. Of which my ,replied. "I'm 65 years old! I don't want to be in a hot tub with a bunch of kids!!! "He asked to speak to a manager about maybe getting some money back for the room because we paid for amenities we could not use! ( What would / could have happened to him if he did get in that hot tub?!)He was told there was no manager on duty or one available to call. He was blown off by the front desk gal. My husband just gave up in frustration. The next morning, we got up and thought well maybe all those parents and kids are eating or have checked out. Let's see if we can use the hot tub before we resume our travels. NOPE!! about 20 to 25 kids in there at 8 a.m! WERE DONE !! Now, let's get to breakfast. It was very minimal. They did have bread and cereal. Some packaged muffins. They served scrambled eggs and sausage patties from the bar.( I think that was to keep all those kids from putting their hands into the food!) the bagles were so hard that you couldn't cut them. They were out of coffee, and you had to push the toaster down twice to barely get an English muffin toasted. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY IF YOU ARE OLDER, AND DONT WANT TO HEAR A BUNCH OF SQUEALING KIDS! great place if you wanna pay for amenities you can't use!

  : The restaurant in the hotel - the food was good but it took like an hour to get the food we ordered on the Friday night. I had children 2 and 4 with me and waiting that long was not pleasant.

  : The hotel is very outdated. The paint was peeling all over the bathroom. The trim boards were no longer on the base boards. The entry door had no security locks to swipe to get on. The box to swipe was there but the components weren’t in it.
