  : The room was lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. There was ample parking on site (which was free) which was great.
  : I felt that the staff at times were rather dismissive and rude. There were a few occasions where it felt as though my partner and I were being ignored - especially when guests around us seemed to be getting a much higher standard of customer service. For a 5 star hotel this was unacceptable and really made me question why it had received a 5 star rating in the first place.

  : Staff were excellent. Food was phenomenal.Room spotlessly clean. Staff made us feel like royalty.
  : Originally booked a junior suite at £265 a night. The photos showed a suite with a living area, separate bed area and separate bathroom that looked huge. There was an outside terrace with seating area.When we arrived were shown to a slightly larger room with a sofa on one side. No separate living area or outside terrace. Very disappointing and extremely misleading photos.In the end settled for a cheaper room as the £265 price tag just didn’t match the “ junior suite” we had seen on the photos.I would suggest showing the photos of the “junior suite” that we were offered instead of the outstanding suite that is currently advertised to save future disappointed guests.Our disappointment was further exacerbated by the fact it was lovely weather and that was the whole purpose of the outside area.If we had known in advance we could’ve looked elsewhere for a room with an outside space.We dined twice at the restaurant, perhaps a discount as a gesture of goodwill might have been appropriate.

  : Everything was perfect. Nice quiet location in park, comfy beds, outstanding bar and restaurant, comfortable rooms and outstanding service. Ernest in the bar is professional!
  : Some pool and saunas (SPA hotel). And we have last room in building - wifi coverage was quite poor. In other locations it was OK.
