  : My room was lovely and clean. The hotel in general is attractive and clean, nicely decorated and maintained. The pools were all lovely and the garden was nice. With the exception of one guy who never smiled and snapped at us a couple of times, the staff were great. Very courteous and helpful. The service could be a little slow at times, especially at the bar and reception.
  : The food. At the buffet, the Greek food was excellent in general, but the hot food was mostly bad. Fish overcooked so much it felt like rubber, orzo too salty to eat, inedible pizza. The buffet also served almost exactly the same thing every day, hardly any variation at all. You cannot book the al la carte restaurants in advance, so we tried to book them as soon as we arrived but were told to wait until 9am the next morning. Even then we were told the Asian restaurant was fully booked and we could only accept available spots at the other places, we had no choice as to times. We walked past the Asian restaurant every evening and it was never full, sometimes with mostly empty tables, so I have no idea why they told us we couldn't eat there. The restaurant food was mostly excellent with the exception of the Italian which was awful, the steaks we ordered were very very well done as soon as they arrived at the table and the menu was not explained so we missed out on things we would like to have tried. Great wine though!

  : The Asiana restaurant was a must. It was a bonus being able to order great wines at the la carte pre-booked restaurants because the regular wines were already very drinkable:). The salad station was of a very high standard. I have never seen so much lettuce in Greece!
  : The amount of mosquitoes but that has already been mentioned. One of water slides was out of order so that was a disappointment to my son. Something to note: If you put the do not disturb sign on your door and go to breakfast, you may miss out on your minibar being restocked with water and (soft)drinks...

  : Thanks for a lovely stay! Team at Grecoland were brilliant with our 4 year old. Resort was lovely and spaced out, we enjoyed spending time in each of the different areas, great to have access to so many pools and the beach as well. Staff were all wonderful. Perfect, relaxing family break!
  : I did not know that you could download the Grecotel App and make dinner reservations prior to arrival. This meant that the Greek/Italian/Asian restaurants were fully booked up for the week we were staying. The reception staff were very helpful at managing to get us some reservations though. Something to be aware of!
