Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : It is a peaceful location. The heater worked and kept is warm all night.
  : Staff checking in was extremely rude and ruined the whole mood the night before christmas eve. Gave bad directions to get to the cabin and we got lost and spent 30 mons trying to find it. The futon bed has no cushioning and very small. They lend out minimal sheets and 1 blanket for the beds. No wifi to find near by food locations and staff was not helpful, nor was there any info packets on it.

  : No breakfast available, the place was clean, but
  : The toilet did not work, I told the front desk and the girl said, I know. Why rent a unit to us when they knew the toilet did not work. No one offered to get someone to fix the toilet, everyone in the office did nothing. We were supposed to get a Queen bed, we did not, it was a full bed and so hard we could not sleep. We left in disgust a day early on 9/14/2021. My wife could not stand to stay another night, the bed was hard and small and we were pouring water into the toilet bowl to make the crap go down. Most of the things in the park were shut down. There were many empty cabins, why rent a cabin to us with a toilet that did not work? It did not make sense. I told the front desk people, we will never come back. They said fine, very flippant. We wasted our money,. We were in cabin B110, it is not in Ravenna, California, it is in Acton, California.
