  : The location is good, the staff on side where very nice and helpful, the pools and poolbar where exelent.
  : The apartment was not very clean but that was something that we fixed, update needed on air-condition and furniture.

  : Beaches were far from the place, Swimming pool closing early and opening late, Bedrooms were not sufficient for 8 people as per description, Host handing over the keys were late, not enough hot water for 2 people to shower.

  : 1. The hotel complex is not as described on the sea or on the beach; you can't even see the sea on the horizon. 2. The pool is permanently closed with a barred gate. We did not receive a key for this gate. In order to reach the pool from the holiday home, we had to call the security every time or walk around the extensive area completely. Hardly reasonable for one of our fellow travelers, an 81-year-old disabled lady. 3. There are neither curtains nor blinds in the holiday home. In order to be able to sleep, we had to darken the windows with towels. 4. One of the three bedrooms is in the basement and has a small window at floor level. As soon as you open this, cockroaches pour in. Due to a lack of ventilation, this room smells musty of mold. 5. The air conditioning is a mobile ventilator without a noticeable cooling effect. 6. Most sockets are hanging loose or damaged. Apart from a lamp, the terrace lighting does not work either. 7. The cleanliness in the entire house is poor. Especially in the kitchen drawers and cupboards, but also in the corners of the room, real layers of dirt have formed. 8. The hotel complex is actually not such, but a residential complex. When we sat on the terrace on the first evening and talked at room volume without any music, the security rang around 11 p.m. and asked us in a rude tone to refrain from any conversations on the terrace. We forbade ourselves this demand, which was inappropriate in tone and in the matter.

  : be aware of location, property advertised as Costa adeje, its in a remote location near playa paraiso regardless what the host says, the location of the apartment was so far out from anything we left within 24 hrs of arrival. the host was also very intimidating trying to get force a 500 euro deposit, even though my booking.com confirmation said 200. he refused to leave causing myself and children a lot of upset, after some time he did accept the 200 euro deposit which we are still waiting to get back. also pool is definitely not heated. would encourage anyone looking to book this property, to look into the actual location apparently the full area is adeje but they clearly advertise as Costa adeje. this apartment is 20 minutes from Costa adeje (20 euro taxi).
