  : Amazing view on the south coast of Tenerife. Very friendly staff.
  : We got a room on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool and the terrasse; but also limited privacy. The room was also directly located next to the breakfast room, which can make mornings noisy. We knew that the bathroom was shared with other guests but little cleaning was done on a daily basis. Equipments in the room were of basic quality. Breakfast was okay, but certainly overpriced. Overall, the residency is rather new, with stunning pool, terrasse and view, but we have been unlucky with this room that felt less well looked after.

  : House was beautiful, great terrace, nice view for the morning coffee, pool was heated and perfect, even in February, privacy (even with shared bathroom), bedroom and bathroom were nice and very spacious too. Quiet but not too far from everything, easy drive around the island. Hosts are attentive and want to make sure you're feeling welcome. Price was good and we rented a car (recommended), and they had enough parking space.
  : I would recommend adding extra towels (for the pool).

  : A wonderful peaceful location. A large room, very clean and well presented. Lots of clothes storage. Beautiful outside space. Really helpful hosts - when we needed anything it was provided for us - such as a kettle. Thank you Fanny.
  : I would definitely recommend a hire car. There is nothing within safe walking distance. The vibe is more self catering than hotel but as I said everything is provided for if you ask. Breakfast available if you ask but quite pricey.

  : Lovely views and the gardens are beautiful The garden was my favourite part.The pool looked amazing, but we didnt use it, as it was a bit windy when we were there, so too chilly.The lower garden with the fountain was more sheltered and lovely and peaceful. Our room was big and spacious and had comfy twin beds. Our shower was also fab.The staff are nice, friendly & helpful.The complimentary Pringles and Chocolate bars were a thoughtful little treat. Thank you.I loved the fresh mint from the herb garden outside our room.
  : I think it would be a good idea to have the bins changed daily, especially the bathroom one.A kettle in the room would be nice too, but we had access to the kitchen to make a cuppa which worked ok for the 4 days we were there.You definitely need a car, if you plan on leaving the accommodation.

  : The guesthouse is situated in a quiet and unspoilt area. Sounds of the motorway can be heard only in the early morning and at night. The area of the pension looked quite nice. Beautiful view both on mountains and sea in the distance. Apartment ("Calm") was spacious enough. No problems with parking space (just outside the fence) bot a car is a must in that location.
  : Contact with the owners was uncomfortable for us. I mean, from the very beginning of the booking we felt that there was something wrong and the owners expected us to pay extra money for having the apartment with terrace (I think the description of the apartment on Booking.com was inadequate). From the very beginning of our stay, host was like tired of her job in Tenerife. Not very welcoming, expecting us to file some paper works right after we arrived (having really long journey with 3 kids :). Nothing special when it comes to the design of the apartment / furniture (apartment Calm). We expected better given the high price. The apartment was not very clean, especially the terrace (huge) was dirty. Furniture was missing - there were only 3 chairs inside and no chairs on the terrace. We were forced to move the chairs every day :) The kitchen equipment was poor, but on the plus side there was a coffee machine. No TV (but we didn't need one). We didn't feel well treated by the hosts. For 9 nights we were never asked how we felt or if we needed anything. Beautiful swimming pool, but no rules. There were two days when the pool was closed (one day because of cleaning/maintenance). When I kindly asked for the swimming pool to be opened, I was told that I could use the paddling pool instead of the swimming pool;( I actually found this impolite. But maybe it was a strange sense of humour. To sum up - this place has great potential and I wish the owners would put more effort into making you feel at home. Good luck with that! PS Our one year old child left a toy there in the flat. By mail we received information that it had been found. However, the toy was not sent to us, and after my reminders, 4 weeks later, we received a photo of a completely different toy. And we did not get the toy back:( I am speechless.

  : Beautiful property with a gorgeous view from the pool area. The hosts Fanny and Alex were wonderful and made us feel at home. Super quiet area and peaceful atmosphere which suited us perfectly. A great property if you want to escape the crowds at the main resorts. We would stay here again.
