: No breakfast included. Apartment close to three beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop (for Chania city 10 minutes travel). High quality of apartment and equipment. Cleaning everyday. Helpful and friendly every-day-present host.
: Wifi weak. Some days quite a lot of traffic on the road late afternoon early evening.

: I only spent two nights here and if I could I'd stay longer! Such an amazing low key place. Antonis takes great care of all guests providing support with whatever you need at any moment. The room is super spacious and is cozier than it looks on the pictures. Very clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. For this price the room is equipped with a lot more than you can expect and everything is new. There was a welcome raki waiting for me and when I needed to take a taxi within the village, Antonis' colleague drove me instead. Melia Studios is on the same street as most tavernas (go to Angelos!) and two big supermarkets and a throw away from a beautiful beach.
: There was nothing I did not like, I recommend this place to everyone. Great value for money.

: this place situating by the main road, lot of traffic noise, we could not sleep at all, also fridge was kinda loud and aircon was noisy too, so we left at next morning

: The apartments are in a perfect location (especially for someone traveling without a car): 1 min. away from a bus stop to the city center, 5 min. away from 4 beautiful beaches, Lidl, and lots of restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A big plus were the mosquito window nets. The place is spotless! The lady cleans every day and changes bedding twice a week. The host was friendly and helpful.
: Two minor things: It would have been good to have an oven. The road in front of the building is busy, and you need to close the windows at night. But this is the price of being close to everything :)
