  : The apartments are well located about 10mins drive to the centre of Ag.Nik. The Views. Lovely views up and down the coast. Havania beach is about 5 mins walk and there are a handful of local restaurants, a couple of bars and some shops within 10-15mins walk. So its a quiet area but not isolated. The apartments arent luxurious by any means, but are spacious and clean, and at this price level the offer excellent value for money. The staff are excellent and they seem to have lots of regular returning guests.
  : Minor things but there is no sitting area in the 2br apartment... just a table in the kitchen and one on the balcony. There is no car park as such.... just a wide driveway which guests can park on, if the are 20 ish apartments then there is around 8-10 spaces for cars. There is space to park on the main road just outside the complex.

  : Great location near to Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. The apartments have their own swimming pool and small bar/restaurant. A beach was very close by. We had a side view of the sea from our balcony which was lovely in the mornings for breakfast. The owners are both very friendly and welcoming.
  : The actual apartment was fine but perhaps showing its age.

  : We stayed here for 7 nights and we were very satisfied with everything. Spacious rooms, pool, sea right down the stairs so you can choose whatever you prefer. Make sure to watch the sunrise one day, it is breathtaking.

  : No A/C in 2nd bedroom. I wouldn't describe one air conditioning unit in a 2 bed apartment as fully Air conditioned. This should be noted on the description. The management did provide a fan after a couple of days. Not great in mid August.

  : nice location. walking distance to the blue flag beach. free parking. taverna and supermarket 500 meters away. friendly personnel.
  : it was windy so private pantone at the see was closed.

  : Perfect spot for snorkeling. The best we've seen on Crete.
  : Single beds required additional mattress pads to be bearable. Only one key for four persons. Rooms were on the ground floor with extra door outside, but to ventilate the room during the night you had to left the door open - no way to open the windows.

  : Perfect location, and facilities. All of the staff were professional, friendly and help was always available when needed.
  : Being used to duvet we did struggle with using sheets and a coverlet. Just a small thing maybe but a duvet option would have been lovely.

  : My children and I have just returned from a week in Havinia Apartments. It was wonderful! The room was so big, clean, welcoming and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony that got the morning sun so it was in cool shade at the hottest part of the day, which was perfect for us. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the shower on the first day but it was rectified straight away. The pool was fantastic! The kids and I spent hours there. There were plenty of loungers, umbrellas, tables with or without shade and a fab gazebo with comfy furniture. There is a gorgeous pontoon at the bottom of the property where we could also swim in the sea. It was gorgeous! The kitchen and bar are close to the pool so food and drink were easily available all day. The prices were very reasonable and the food freshly prepared.
  : The only downside was the wifi (I needed to do some work while I was there), but it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the wifi generally in the area (it was the same at my sister's house and she lives in the area).

  : The beautiful setting exceeded what is shown in the pictures. Loved the pontoon and snorkelling straight from the apartment. Pool was also great, with a very chilled vibe and there was always food and drink available when needed. We had a hire car and parked it without problem, made a good base for trips in the local area and an easy drive for evenings in Agios centre.
  : Found the main bed was too squeaky, so we slept in the singles.

  : George and his family are so helpful and the location is incredible. it was great to be able to wake up and go straight in the sea for a swim. my kids loved the pontoon and the table tennis and pool.
  : The bathroom could be updated and have some cold water in the hand wash tap.
