  : That the night clerk with pink hair at least made a feeble small attempt to fix the issues
  : We encountered several issues during our stay at this establishment.Upon arrival at 11:00 PM, we were unfortunately checked out by 3:00 AM due to the presence of roaches in one room and bed bugs in another. Despite presenting evidence, including a video of the roaches and the actual insects, to the receptionist with pink hair, she offered a feeble attempt to seek an upgrade to a suite from her supervisor but firmly denied any possibility of a refund.Furthermore, we experienced extended waiting times of at least 10 minutes before receiving assistance from the receptionist, who then prioritized a guest who arrived after us. When we reported a non-flushing toilet in one of the rooms, the only assistance provided was a plunger. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was severely lacking, necessitating my partner to clean the sink and tub, resulting in a towel that was no longer white. Additionally, one of the bathroom doors in our rented rooms was broken.To compound these issues, a security guard falsely presented himself as a federal ICE officer, which is a matter of concern.We kindly request your immediate attention to these matters and expect a satisfactory resolution, including a full refund for the inconveniences and distress we endured during our stay.

  : I was impressed with the location. It met my needs, I was within 15 mins. of the religious event I was attending.
  : Your staff. I was greeted cheerfully enough upon entering @2:50 pm (Vnucci) with a "How can I help you?" After giving my name & reservation #, I was told I needed to wait until she was through, she answered the phone. Then I was told the room wasn't even ready. Then she checked in the couple behind me. Why would you ask what you can do and then not help. I finally got checked in by 3:20 pm (about 30 minutes waiting). From that point I didn't expect anything good to happen. I hate to pull the race card but I feel slighted, I am a 73 yr old African American minister attending a Religious Convocation with my wife, We can't shake this feeling that she purposely ignored us and made us wait. We choose Quality this year because of the price & location, after the treatment we received I will definitely choose to pay more, and get better service.

  : The people were wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
  : It was old and rundown. The handicapped room had a lousy shower and a gross tub. Everything in the complex needed cosmetic work. It was really disappointing.
