: Beautifully designed and renovated cave house, clean and in an amazing location right at the waters edge so you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea. We loved sitting under the sunshade watching the boats pass by. It was an amazing start to our island hopping holiday and we wished we could stay longer! Theres a choice of sea front tavernas all serving great local fresh fare within walking distance as well as the ancient Akrotiri archeological site (a must visit), bus stop to Thira, sea taxi to local beaches and the nearby village of Akrotiri, so the location is a great alternative to staying on the rather touristy caldera side of the island. Thanks to Thanos for all his information sharing and recommendations on check-in. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Santorini!
