  : Internet connection is very weak. Also, the property should avoid customers reserve sunbeds early morning.

  : Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach was nice, the water wasn't too cold so it was very enjoyable. The afternoon snacks were a nice touch along with the 5 pm tea service.
  : The food quality could be a bit better. The variety was there but some lacked taste.

  : Reception staff accused us not to pay for our stay when booking.com handled all the payments. It was really unprofessional.

  : Location was good although a bit cramped. Located at the end of a small bay sharing the bay with a few other hotels and restaurants etc but it was quite enough in mid September. As it was middle of September swimming was much better as there werent many restrictions stopping us in terms of swimming (no water sports and boats etc). The sea was perfect. Clear and plenty of fish to share your swim with. About 30-40 mins drive to central Bodrum so was perfect for us who wanted to be away from that crowd.
  : If you are lucky you might get a nice room without a wall blocking your view from the balcony or noise coming from the restaurants extractors (as we ended up for our first couple of nights). And in our first room there was also a strange smell coming from bathroom (we believe). The worst part wasnt even the rooms but the front of house manageress. She was incredibly unhelpful. Even though they had rooms available she refused to change our room (as we found out later that she had rooms available). Equally the manager responsible for the restaurant and bars was very unprofessional and not very accommodating. They can be seen sniggering while looking at the guests...Property has potential but not with its current management who doesnt care about their guests happiness and comfort.Having said that some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Miss Ilkim in the reception and a few others working at the restaurant made our stay a bit more bearable.
