  : Very hard to be any closer to the water without putting a bed in the ocean. Did some snorkeling there and it's actually good, considering you are in Croatia and not some tropical island.The view from the balcony was very good and the room has a decent size.Parking was available directly Infront of the house and was totally fine.Can't say that there is anything bad or positive to say about the host. Very business forward.
  : I booked the room very last minute on the go. And was very surprised about following shortcomings that been partially complaint about in the comments before. But seemed so basic and standard everywhere else that I didn't check.:- No tea kettle- only a shared fridge downstairs. That gave me the vibe of staying in some cheap hostel.- no curtens in the room. I mean they have the metal roller blinds but that is not very practical at day time. Without it on the other hand you free to feel like a cheap lady in the Amsterdam red light destrict. As anyone can just have a look in the room once you out the shower.- AC was very old and frankly broken. Not in the form of not cooling, but in being VERY load. So much so that we decided not to use it.- very noisy. As the doors are not insulated and everything is connected to the same staircase. Especially annoying in the morning with breakfast going on just downstairs- speaking of doors. Seriously should consider changing the locks. Very unsafe with huge key holes for everyone to take a peak or pick in 5 seconds. Would also help with the sound insulation.

  : Location is perfect. Parking place was available. The size of the room is good.
  : Smile is important and does not cost anything, especially in hospitality. Breakfast does not worth the price in my opinion.

  : Fantastic location right on the water and away from the main road. Small balcony with an amazing sea view (would have been a squash with 2 people, but fine for one). Short walk to restaurants. Good sized room with AC and a large fridge outside in the hallway. Perfect starting point for kayaking adventures.
  : Very aggressive laundry detergent on the bed linen and towels for people with sensitive skin (will bring my own next time). Internet speed was up and down - needed to tether to my phone's internet quite a bit.
