  : The location of hotel was close to where we needed to visit. The rooms were clean.
  : It was hard to find parking at the hotel! We had to drive around the lot a few times for a spot to open each time! The pillows on the beds were all soft and lumpy. Not very comfortable. The TV in our room did not work. We called front desk around 9pm to report it. They said someone would come up. We waited patiently but no one came and at midnight we just went to bed! When we booked the hotel, we paid for breakfast to be included. In the morning when we went down to eat, there was no hot food out. We were told they only put hot food buffet out on weekend and we had to order our breakfast from the restaurant. We were not aware of this and it never said that anywhere on the website when we booked the hotel. We didn’t have time to order and wait for food as we had to be somewhere so we did not have any breakfast that we had paid for! Also, my son had packed a bathing suit but the pool was shut down!
