  : The location was good, especially the view outside (Ocean View). The apartment was comfy and well-equipped, but it was a bit outdated. A supermarket is close by (max 10 mins walk) and to reach the city center it takes about 20-25 mins walk. Overall I'm satisfied staying in this apartment for a short stay, but I wouldn't select it for a longer stay as I became a bit spoiled with staying in 4 and 5-star resorts. So if your quality expectations aren't that high it's a nice apartment to stay in.
  : I had apartment 612 and there were some minor issues that need to be fixed. The shower was leaking on the bathroom floor and into the laminate floor outside the bathroom. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen and I spotted a few cockroaches (I took care of them). Be aware that when you book it shows there is no Wifi. That's why I bought additional internet credits from my telephone provider. After I arrived the host sent me some wifi channels and passwords and one of them worked in the living room and balcony. I wish I had known this before. When I booked I overlooked the remark that there is no wifi available. I normally never book accommodation without Wifi. In 2023 to me, that's a must. Also, be aware that you will hear music from bands that play in the city until late hours. It didn't bother me though.
