  : Location was great, nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the busy areas. The balcony was fabulous, best part of our stay. Absolutely stunning view and an almost private beach! Parking was available which was a big plus since we had rented a car.
  : Floor didn`t feel swept but it wasn`t a big deal. No air con in the bedroom meant we had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. We didn`t mind but would be an issue if there were more than 2 of us! Would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with basic things such as salt, pepper, bin bags, washing powder, as we had to purchase all of this for a few days stay.. WiFi was a little temperamental.

  : The view from the balcony is the highlight of the apartment and basically the main reason one would want to stay there. The almost private beach is steps away from the apartment. The apartment was very clean, dry and had almost everything needed for a short stay. The manager Rita was very nice and responsive. We had a very peaceful, relaxing few days with the great views of the ocean from the balcony. Although expensive, we didn't regret staying there.
  : The kitchentte needs upgrading. Most utensils - pots and pans were damaged. There were no condiments at all not even coffee pods for the coffee maker, or sugar. We didn't use the washing machine but there was no detergent for the machine either. Some basic things such as coffee, sugar, Salt & Pepper and maybe a bottle of water is nice to have so the person arriving doesn't have to go shopping right away. Also the closest mini mercado is about 15-20 minute walk. So a car is needed to stay in this apartment. We didn't have any issue with the parking as most of the building seemed empty but in summer the parking would be an issue. The bedroom layout is very weird, it's basically in a hole. The bed size is very small for 2 people. We were 2. One of us had to sleep on the sofa. Sofa is a sofabed but the mattress on that was so bad that I decided not to use the sofa bed, rather slept on the sofa cushions which was much better.
