  : Very noisy in the morning with traffic and staff cleaning early in the morning. Very noisy beds. Staff not friendly and bathroom products not adequate sachets for shower gel & shampoo and only replaced every second day.

  : Bar staff at Pool Bar very slow to serve customers which meant a queue sometimes, usually down to talking with each other and ignoringg customers waiting to be served, Drinks were quite pricey compared to other hotels

  : Location, cleaning staff and breakfast staff were extremely friendly.
  : The Ondamar hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately we were disappointed. The hotel has a partially shut down vibe. The Mirage bar was closed and restaurant only available for breakfast. We were advised it was buffet breakfast but it was table service, not worth the price. The reception staff were the rudest I have ever come across. Not once did a staff member lift their head up to say hello us when in reception. Example being when I asked for the gym key, the receptionist said nothing at all to me, just picked the key up and handed it to me. Extremely disappointing and unwelcoming. Pool towels for hire are as old as the hotel itself. Rooms need updating but are very clean. Hotel needs some serious investment and some vitality. Its a pity as the pool area is nice. Pool bar is very over priced but food is good.

  : The pool was great and always enough sun beds so you didnt have to be up at the crack of dawn. Staff were very helpful and was easy enough to get new bath towels whenever. Apartment was what we expected, glad there was 2 bathrooms as 6 of us stayed. The mini golf was also a highlight, we played 2 rounds there and was great value for money and certainly one of the hardest weve ever done.
  : The paper wristbands they make you wear kept coming off as soon as they got wet, so had to go get new ones multiple times. Wasnt that big of an issue but struggling to think of anything bad about the place.
