  : The worst place I have ever been to, STAY AWAY. First of all, the front desk was never occupied, and in order to check in we had to call someone and wait a long time. This also meant that there was no one to address about problems in the room. The room had no facilities, not even a kettle and a few cups. The beds were terrible and uncomfortable. The worst part was the noisy sewage, whenever someone flushed the toilets in other rooms there was a terrible dripping noise in our room, and we couldnt sleep all night.

  : The worst accommodation! After travelling for a year throughout Africa, Asia & Europe, we really arent fussy over where we stay but this has been the worst service weve ever received. Zero communication available with them. Check-in was stated to be from 4pm -6pm (as you get fined 20 outside of these hours) yet no one was at reception, we waited 2 hours for a staff member to eventually arrive. We watched this happen to every single guest over the two days. Some choose to ditch and find elsewhere to stay. Rude, disinterested and unapologetic staff. They just simply dont care. Very old building, which I dont usually care about, but that meant the bathrooms stank and the room was pretty pungent when we entered for the first time. So we had to air it out for a while. Really uncomfortable bed and pillows and you will definitely need ear plugs to block out the late night antics of all the bars and drunk people on the streets. Also ants infested one of bags. If you can, choose somewhere else to stay!!

  : Staff was late to check in even though I call them and said the time that we would arrived. Talked to another couple and they said that they waited 1h and half for check in the day before.

  : Only thing I liked about this place is the location.
  : WiFi connection was reallllly bad. You can't get wifi connection in second floor. To use WiFi I had to go to the ground floor next to the reception. They clean bathroom once in 4 days and bedsheet once in 7 days. If your toilet tissue runs out you have to buy your own.

  : The terrace and the large room.
  : There was no one at the desk to check us in at 16:30 as listed in the booking. Nowhere did it say we needed an appointment to book. The front door was propped wide open (as it was every day, with no one at the desk.). I was phoned by the company and asked when I would arrive. I told them 15 minutes and arrived on time. No one arrived for 30 minutes, and only after multiple telephone calls to the property managers. The gentleman cleaning when we first arrived suggested we leave our bags in the lobby with the door propped wide open. NOT A SECURE BUILDING. I do not blame the gentlemen who eventually arrived to check us in. I blame the company. They are too large and do not have adequate staff. I spoke with multiple other guests in the hotel who had the same horrible check in experience, having to wait for 30-60 minutes.
