  : I was very concerned about the cleanliness of the facility after reading some reviews with kids having dust and mildew allergy. The house was very very clean and was above our expectations! Pool- it was a great additional aspect when kids were tired from the beach. it was clean and perfect for small kids (2 under 6y old) only another villa was busy with younger kids and we had the whole place to ourselves so many amazing beaches close to the villa. our favorite (also top 10) were Praia de So Rafael and Praia Felicia (I think the spelling is correct) Aldi was very close. very convenient was the parking availability. location is maybe not central but you will avoid all crowds and you can always drive to Albufeira when you will miss seeing other people.
  : please be aware that you cannot pay with credit card. we are from the US and doing a bank transfer was very challenging part. we had to ask relatives from Europe to pre-pay for us. Also we have some insurances through the credit cards which we couldnt utilize. you cannot lock the windows but putting electrical blinds helps to prevent people coming inI wish the customer service was better. when we arrived it was over 33C in the apartment. We could get the 3 AC units (from available 4) to work. An assistant came and we were told a technician would come soon and nobody came until last day. Luckily we didnt have a heat wave in the region and found a way to make it work but its wasnt compatible with amazing US air conditioning units. After 2 days we found a way to activate the units but they wouldnt always work. it was a poor magic ! also my question about trash was never answered- I wanted to treat the villa like my home and felt like the question where do you bring the trash was a kind of crucial the apartment had absolutely no essential except towel and toilet paper. I am sure every family is leaving dish soap and hand soap or salt in the kitchen, I wish some basics would be available. we bought everything and left it there. again this little things would make it easier to take care of the apartment.

  : The villa was spacious, with good sized rooms and a large living space and kitchen. The pool was sizeable and the location of the villa is close to the beach. Ideal for families. The staff were also helpful and friendly when contacted.
  : There were little or no household items supplied, only one small toilet roll per bathroom, one small single bin for the whole villa, no washing up liquid, soap or shampoo, and no cooking oil etc. We left ample amounts of all these items at the villa as I imagine the last guests did but I imagine the next guests that use the villa will also face the same issue.Also, the air conditioning did not work in the main living space but it worked fine in the bedrooms.
