  : Mattress was like a sand bunker. Room cleaning was poor and cleaner was knocking door at 9.00am on day of exit, and again at 9.55 shouting its a 10.00am check out.

  : Clean tidy room at an excellent price Friendly atmosphere in the bar Breakfast was excellent value Football was on which made the bar noisy but the atmosphere was electric and England won so it was party time The locals were so welcoming to us, we are mixed race couple and my partner had lots of nice compliments on how she looked and dressed
  : For the price paid you couldn’t ask for much more There wasn’t an iron in the room but the staff soon found us one We have no complaints

  : Room was good - clean linen and a clean bathroom with immediate and ample hot water. Location is excellent for the town centre.
  : It wasn't the friendliest reception when we walked in. The staff didn't once acknowledge us and we didn't get one smile from anyone. One of the teabags had been used and the empty wrapper left in the cup. At £110 this is not good value. They were advertising rooms at £45 when we walked in.
