  : Close to the Knoxville airport, truly 5 min to rental car returns. Breakfast was decent, but the coffee was instant and very poor.
  : Had to go down to lobby and ask for enough towels for 4 which is what was booked. Also no sheets for sofa bed, had to get those too. Even though room was quiet, we got the handicap room. It was big, but awkward.since I booked this room 3 months ago and it was guaranteed, I feel like I should have gotten a regular room. I asked to switch, but they were full.

  : Staff so very helpful, extremely nice and courteous. Very friendly! Close to the airport and family we were visiting. Loved having breakfast available.
  : Pull out sofa very uncomfortable but beds were very comfortable. Should consider memory gel mattress for sofa bed.

  : Clean and up to date. Complied with our request for a late checkout since we got in so late as we are musicians
  : Beds were pretty basic. Breakfast was pretty much non existent and they were out of coffee. But they did make more coffee when we asked.
