  : Room reasonable size. Largish bathroom. Very clean everywhere. Nice cooked breakfast.
  : Could have been more variety on the cooked side of breakfast. Nothing else offered other than Suffolk fried breakfast or scrambled eggs on toast. The evening meals were expensive. Starters at £9.95 each was a lot and also mains at £18.95 was a lot too. They were ok and quite tasty but very small dish of vegetables was given between 2 people. Desert was offered in the way of cheeseboard but other than that all that was offered was an awful bread and butter pudding with custard! Don't know what we paid for desert.

  : The location was fine and had east access to the town.Did not use any other of the facilities.
  : The hotel is positioned next to a busy dual carriageway. Both the noise and the speed of the traffic made it difficult to cross and few quiet times.

Disappointing

  : The property existed and was clean, enabling me to sleep.
  : Bedroom smelt damp. Staff/owner unfriendly, she did not want to provide evening meal and told me her cooking is "stodgy". When she relented, it was a small small and microwaved. There was no drink, not even water; no sides (eg bread), no desert or offer of any, she just put the food on the table and disappeared for the rest of the evening. The bar did not open so I had to walk to the closest village to sate my thirst. I was asked to leave the property at 9:55am next day, she asked if I had booked a taxi yet, which I had not, she then got in her car and drove away. She must have known taxis will not come to her property, as it's the middle of nowhere. I was not allowed to wait inside, so had to endure very hot sun with no shade. I eventually had to phone my family at the wedding venue, who came and picked me up, otherwise I'd be stuck there.

  : Tiny bathroom, very small double bed - glad I was on my own and not sharing. On very busy duel carriageway so quite noisy if windows open.
