  : Thanks for upgrading our room to a sea viwe room. We really appreciated it. As it was outside the swimming season we didn't use pool facilities. The breakfast buffet was very well organized. Thanks for Turkish Tea corner:)) Thanks to all staff members for their kind hospitality.

  : I didn't like it much.
  : When we arrived at the hotel at noon, we completed our check-in and registration processes; however, since the room was not yet ready, we could not receive our room key cards. We were told that there was no need to wait at the hotel and that we could go anywhere we wanted, and our rooms would be ready upon our return. We left our luggage at the hotel and went to Xanthi. In the late afternoon, we called the hotel to inquire if our rooms were ready, and Mr. Taner said, "Your rooms are ready, enjoy yourselves, you can come back at any time." With peace of mind, we returned to the hotel after dinner, where Mr. Kriakos was at the reception desk. We explained the situation to him and asked for our room keys. He checked the computer, searched around, but could not find our registration. He stated that we were not staying at this hotel and that there was no room allocated for us. Despite the fact that his badge indicated he spoke English, he had a poor command of the language. Additionally, he was very angry and aggressive. He treated us in a very rude and unpleasant manner, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. He made some calls, asked around, and eventually found our room key cards, which were right in front of him at the reception desk, after about 30-40 minutes. How is it that we were not staying at this hotel? How is it that our check-in procedures had not been completed? I have been to 46 different countries, but I have never encountered such poor treatment anywhere. I would like to point out that the lady who handled our check-in in the morning was very polite; similarly, Mr. Taner was polite, helpful, and humorous. It is a large hotel, but it is outdated and worn; it needs extensive renovations and updates.

  : Room was clean . Rooms are quite big and thanks to them they have upgraded us on a bigger room with a large balcony. Location is perfect for summer times . Breakfast was quite good , intercontinantal breakfast was good and they were also serving Turkish Tea
