  : A very nice and comfortable appartment with everything you need; furniture seemed very new; everything was perfectly clean; bathroom with washing machine; sunny balcony with nice views
  : I had a very pleasant stay; the only things to mention is that the fridge and freezer are noisy during night (I used earplugs for sleeping, then it was ok) and on the balcony its a bit noisy during the day from the buildings in front of the appartment

  : Good location, view from the balcony, appartment in good state
  : The air condition was not working and I got no reply when I asked if they could repair it, which was disappointing. The last two nights it was difficult to sleep because it got quite warm (28 degrees inside). Also the fridge is very noisy, I couldnt sleep without earplugs - recommended to bring if you stay in this appartment.

  : The view was amazing. Sunrises everyday. The location is great. City center. Gentlemen who helps us with luggage, gave us keys and showed us the place.
  : 1. The bed was broken. Very uncomfortable. Seems like the springs were broken, even after flipping over the bed. The host didn't support with this during our 7 night stay. Also, mattress was dirty and wall next to bed was dirty upon real life inspection. 2. Noise from the fridge was loud and the hallway/elevator. Bring earplugs. 3. Some of the towels had stains on them. 4. The apartment we had was on the 10th floor and the picture on booking.com is from the 23rd floor. I didn't like the false advertisement. 5. No place to but wet / clean dishes. Missing a rack. 6. Parking support was horrible. They recommended I park across the street in a private parking. Cost me 33 euros for 10 hours. Found out the next day there is another paid parking spot a few hundred meters away that cost me 49 euros for 7 days. 7. The messaging and contact I got from the property was very robotic and automative. They asked when and how I arrive and then kept sending me the generic information they send to everyone. This improved once I was there. But they didn't support me with bed, parking and dirty towels situation.

  : Fab clean studio apartment on the 10th floor in the heart of Alicante. Balcony with city and sea view.
  : The bed was small for two people and was against a wall. Would benefit from a headboard and seperate pillows.
