  : Yes I made mistake on booking reservation and they simply refunded my money instead of talking with me first and I didn't have more money to pay for the reservation why they just refunded my money instead of just switching me to the other room is beyond me but I'm not happy about the un professional way they handled that

  : Called to check in they said 3 to 5 minutes and took 15 to 20. It was supposed to be non smoking yet when I got off elevators all you could smell was marijuana! The bedding was dirty thank Goodness I had my own! There were roaches and the floors were not clean! It was by far the worst experience ever!

  : Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful and some were basically you can tell they were there just to work for a check and not really care about the customers and sometimes very rude and unprofessional
  : The fact that I made mistake on my reservation automatically did refund putting no thought of me what do ever then basically gave me hard time when trying to get information on why and basically calling me a lier and telling me to cancel my reservation so that I don't pay penalties and that I had to pay for room full price and telling me not to use booking app this was very unprofessional and ruined my whole experience with this hotel

  : I did not like anything about the hotel. It was a terrible experience.
  : Before we even got in our room we saw roaches in the hall. The facility isn’t welcoming there’s no real lighting the hallways or dimly lit. There was dog urine in the hallway. The room smelled like animal, you have to pay for everything including extra towels. If you lock yourself out you have to wait for an attendant to open the door which you’ll be told is a minimum of 30mins to and hour. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as one that’s promoted on the booking.com website or any third party site because offering this hotel is a disservice to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay.
