  : Beautiful setting. Listening to the waves on beach so relaxing.

  : The location is nice, just in front of the beach. The nicest thing is that you can hear the sound of the waves, which is really amazing.
  : With small effort and investment the appartment could look really great. But unfortunatelly there were some things that made the apartment look old and not much taking care of: some old and damaged pieces of furniture and interior doors, and some things that require fast repair and were not repaired. The location is just accros the hotel Negret which is really noisy till midnight, but overall it was not disturbing so much.

  : We went in June. The location of the property is unbeatable for a number of reasons. First, it is right next to the sea. Second, while not having a pool, it is next to the Cap Negret hotel where you can use the pool, if you buy a drink and you are discreet. You can also walk to the beaches closer to town and to the old town (unless you dislike a 10-20 minute walk). There is no allocated parking but we never struggled to find a spot in the block. The view from the property is incredible. The windows that open are amazing. It feels like being on a ship. The beds are comfortable and the AC (three machines) is very effective. The communication with the agent in Altea was good. The lady was very helpful.
  : These are small points. There was no dishwasher. Mitigated by washing your plates! The kitchen is a little bit old and could do with a makeover. And the loungers which are generously provided for the beach (make sure you buy rubber shoes to swim as it is stoney) are not in great shape. Honestly, these are small points and outweighed entirely by the positives. I highly recommend the apartment.

  : Location is amazing, on the beach , close to Altea city. The only thing to break the silence were the waves of the sea, which is quite loud on a pebble beach. The apartment is fantastic.
  : Improvements can be made in small things like outdated furniture and furnishing (door handles, walls). Also an improvement would be a dish washer.

  : It is like being on a ship. You open up and you are at sea. The air conditioning is effective and there are blinds. The location is excellent. You can (as there is no pool) generally swim at the Cap Negret hotel if you like a pool. You just buy a drink. The hotel can have performers but they do end at about 11pm (if young kids are a concern). Check in and check out efficient at local estate agency in Altea with secure box for keys. Quick return of my security deposit. Have stayed twice and would stay again. Recommend buying rubber shoes for beach if you like swimming in her sea. They are about 7-10 euros.
  : Nothing. It could have a dishwasher but frankly, that is being picky! The shower head does not hook anywhere so you have to hold it. Would be great if the owner could remedy this.
