: We liked the location in nature and close to bob sledge activities. We also and the hotel's amenities such as the sauna, and the swimming pool.
: Unfortunately, there were a few instances caused by the staff of the hotel that made us quite uncomfortable and are below the standards we were expecting from a hotel. The staff made comments to the women in oun group that made them feel uncomfortable on more than one occasions. For example, when asking for standard services or making a request around amenities the replies would have weird comments of how "it is impossible to deny a request to such a beauiful women" etc. This happened more than one times and was something that painted a grim picture of the otherwise beautiful place and at times helpful staff. Additionally, another member of the staff asked us to immediately stop eating and leave the breakfast area at 10:00 which was the time breakfast serving finished. The tone and repetition of the request was far from what we would have expected for a hotel of this price and we gave absolutely no reason to be treated like this as we were almost done and would have left anyways soon. Note that we were only 2 tables at the restaurant (hotel was far from full) and we had a very different treatment than the couple in the other table that stayed to finish their breakfast.

: great location, very good breakfast, restaurant also with excellent food during dinners, excellent wine ( big thanks to the waitress, who helped us with that:-)
: 4 stars hotel may accept global payment cards like Visa or Master cards, but it was solved by bank transfer ( invoice) just its a bit more time consuming for customers, a bit smiling of the male part of staff is missing:-)
