Please note that guests guests between 0 and 12 years old are considered children. Guests with 13 or older are considered adults.

Children up to 12 (inclusive) are accommodated according to the capacity defined on each room type.

Please note that the SPA facilities, including the indoor hydrotherapy heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath and gym, are subject to additional costs with limited access times for children up to 12 years old. Babies or children with diaper are not allowed. The hotel can be contacted for more specific details.

All Inclusive Program (April to October) features:
- Buffet Breakfast (07:00 - 10:00);
- Morning Snacks (10:30 - 12:00);
- Buffet Lunch (12:30 - 15:00);
- Afternoon Snacks (16:00 - 17:30);
- Buffet Dinner (18:30 - 22:00);
- Selection alcoholic and non-alcoholic local beverages (10:00 - 00:00).

Restaurant, Bar and Pool Bar opened from April to October.

Please note that some of the hotel facilities and services may be subject a surcharge.

Please note that guests must notify Alvor Baia Resort Hotel if they plan to arrive after the day of check-in. The hotel may cancel your reservation if no communication is made until 12:00 of the next day after the expected arrival. This cancellation is not refundable.

Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must belong to one of the room's guests.

If none of the guests is the holder of the credit card used to make the reservation, an authorisation letter, a copy of the passport or identification of the holder and a copy of the original card, is required at check-in.

Please note that guests that require an invoice in non-refundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later.
