  : Always like the room size, configuration and appliances. The location was handy from the highway, easy to find.
  : We used the luggage cart but, the stylized concrete approach in front of the door shook the luggage off the cart. Plus, the door most accessible to us had to be held open with one hand while you tried to pull the luggage cart in with the other. When you add the airlock double doors you double your trouble.

  : our room had structural issues was at a slant and par of floor was higher than other, almost fell twice tripped 3 times, called front desk and they were nice said they didn’t know and no other rooms available. if I were you I would not use this room, accident waiting to happen.

  : The staff when we checked in were amazing, and the building was clean. The room was a nice size.
  : The pump on the shampoo bottle in the shower didn't work, so we couldn't use the shampoo. We had to call the front dest and ask for extra pillows, and nobody would bring them up they left them on the counter downstairs for us. In the evening, around 7 or 8pm, the lobby and hallways smelled like sewerage. The pool made all of us sick and tarnished my wedding rings. I know I shouldn't have worn them in, so that's on me, but make sure you take them off. I've had my rings for 8 years, and they've never done that. In the morning, when we went to check out, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. We didn't see the pail on the counter to put key cards in, and she yanked the key card from my husband and threw it in the bucket. Definitely will not stay here ever again and will be telling friends and family how bad this experience was.
