: Louise and Shaun's warm hospitality and breakfast they provided was fabulous. Their position was a few minutes walk from restaurants, hotels, shopping etc. We loved it!

: Stayed in room 3. The room is spacious, super comfortable beds. The room is equipped with heat radiators, TV, kettle (+tea bags, coffee sachets) & hair dryer. Dining room is clean it has nice ambiance and colour. Breakfasts were delectable. Shaun & Louise are warm and friendly hosts, it felt like home.
: It would be good if the heater could be left on throughout the night, the night temp. is cold for travellers from equatorial region.

: Very central location, traditional beautiful building, exceptionally helpful, accommodating and friendly staff. Louise and Sean were always on hand and super hosts!Rooms had space, and comfort, were decorated lovely with good facilities for tea, WiFi, plug sockets, muddy boots and always a delight for me, towels that were big enough to cover you! Beds were very comfortable. No wardrobe but the hangers on the walls were adequate for us.Catering off pre order breakfast menu options was very accommodating. Breakfast was served between 8&9am each day which suited us and was pretty good! Louise was on hand constantly and made sure we had everything we needed and Sean cooked a mean breakfast.
: Nothing major at all! Parking was a small issue but we juggled it with great management from Louise and Sean. Might be an issue if you have a big car or more than one car per room.A bit of noise from those in rooms next door and noise from those in the above rooms walking about, traffic outside too might disturb but luckily we brought ear plugs. TV was missing a few key channels, even after we re-tuned it but the WiFi was great. Lighting could be a bit better in the room, especially when looking in mirrors in dark days or on evenings to go out and getting ready and bathroom internal window could be blocked to prevent light pollution into the bedroom.

: The host was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. The room was basic and clean with a comfotable bed. Tea and coffee was very basic , the shower was very good. The breakfast was exceptional. I would reccomend to family and friends.
: The noise from the traffic early morning as foom had old windows with no douuble glazing.
