  : Great location. Loved the beach. Great view from the balcony.
  : It must not have been occupied for awhile before we arrived. Very musty odor until it aired out. It was not clean. Every surface was dusty and gritty. I dusted the furniture and washed counter tops the night we arrived so we could use the surfaces. The floor was gritty. We had to wear shoes or slippers at all times. There was a black sticky stain on the floor of the master bedroom. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very dirty. The second bathroom’s tub did not drain so sandy water backed up when the shower was used. The full sized bed was very awful. Master bedroom bed was ok. The chandelier above the dining table would turn on. The size of the rooms was great. This place has great potential. Replace a mattress, repair a light fixture, clear the drain in the second bathroom and give it a very good, detailed cleaning and it would be a very pleasant place to stay.
