  : The balcony was awesome.Location terrific.Room was clean on arrival.Hotel staff very very nice.
  : We where assigned a handicapped room, that was not requested, while spacious, lacked furniture and the shower was a water mess on the floor. Toilet backed up on the first evening, so we use the lobby bathroom until it was fixed. I used the lobby bathroom at 7am before my morning walk, one stall had blood on toilet and another had stool and toilet paper. I realize you have a contract with starbucks, but regular free coffee would be appreciated.I realize rooms are not cleaned everyday anymore and we only stayed 2 nights, but at least restocking towels, coffee, cups and kleenex would of been nice.

  : we enjoyed our stay. the hotel has a wonderful heated pool with a full service bar. the restaurant is very good
  : the advertising of an ocean view room is misleading. the hotel is 2 blocks from the beach and most rooms do not have balconies so what good is an ocean view room looking out over a parking lot and the street without a balcony and not on the beach?

  : Steam cleaning the kitchen at 11:40 pm at night! Called twice because the noise was so loud can’t sleep. Right outside our window. Was offered a towel or a water because this is going on for another 30 minutes because they can’t do it during the day. Exhausted was just hoping for a good night sleep. Ridiculous!

  : The location is fantastic and so convenient to walk to the beach. The pool is wonderful and the food was very good. The hotel layout is nice. The bathroom sink was nice and big. And the layout of our room was good. The climate control was easy and comfortable.
  : They were grossly understaffed. Sometimes a family doesn't want to charge everything and we wanted to pay cash for the little extras, but they didn't have staff that was allowed to handle cash and so we had to charge our coffee and drinks and meals. So disappointing. The showers are a great concept but terrible execution. The shower head aims right at the end of the shower so it saturates the entire bathroom floor. We went through tons of towels. And there's no exhaust fan so it gets really steamy in there, so be prepared.Also, I believe the cleaning staff might not be honest. I lost a ring and it was not in my luggage or car or clothing so I must have left it in my room. It could not possibly be anywhere else after I brought it to the hotel from getting it from my Aunt's estate. Yes, I know it's ultimately my fault and that's life, but we racked our brains and tore everything inside out and have not found the ring so I MUST have dropped it in the room and not noticed when we left. I had our wallets, paperwork from my Aunt's estate, and another ring in the safe along with this ring, so I'm guessing when I cleared out the safe it fell and I didn't notice it because we left at 5am. And listen if it turns up I will write back and grovel and apologize but it's the only place I could have lost the ring. So if you see a staff member with an antique sapphire ring tell them it's mine.

  : The room we paid for did not have the extra bed,but luckily the other connecting hotel had what we asked for. We were charged 2 times fir one room. We would like to be reimbursed for the first charge please.

  : Some common areas , like stairwells and hallways, could’ve been cleaner. I looked at candy spilled in hallway for days before finally cleaning it up myself.
