  : The outdoor pool but I had to get the code to gain access on my own.
  : Trouble getting keys and it was still being cleaned 1.5 hours after my arrival time. Cleaner said she wasn't notified anyone was checking in. Only had stairs to get up to 2nd floor and the stairwells weren't very clean. I wasn't a fan on the mattress/ box spring.

  : Super clean room, nice to have water/snacks/coffee/toiletries available in the room.
  : Communications with Vector were delayed and interrupted my plans for the weekend, causing stress about how, when and where to gain access to my 'room.' There wasn't breakfast for this venue. I noticed smoking in other rooms on the floor where this room was located which was bothersome.

  : The process was very easy and convenient.
  : Information about collecting the key could have been given earlier such as after payment was made. I think the request for additional information, selfie alongside ID is unnecessary and rather inconvenient esp for those who are on the road and without a reliable internet connection.
