  : It is closed to UB, there are a lot of restaurant around, there are snacks, breakfast was great

  : The Breakfast was versatile and area clean and refilled frequently. The service staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty .Some of the guest at the buffet left a bit more to be desired, but I know you have little control over people using their hands to remove food from the serving dishes or their children playfully preparing their own plates The exterior grounds were pristine as was the entrance and lobby area.
  : The room we occupied would benefit some updating and intense cleaning. The light fixtures covering the island was dusty and dirty. The security latch on the entry door was sticky with visible crude which I removed with a wet soapy paper towel. The sofa unit has seen much better days and definitely should be replaced. Some areas of the unit need paint touch ups, On more then one occasion exiting the rear door the deliver/pickup carriers were blocking the hallway with no one in site to remove the obstruction.(fire hazard)

  : Beautiful facility, large, comfortable, updated rooms. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
  : They need better signage directing people to additional hotel parking on the side and rear. The front of the hotel has some parking and shares space with shops. Hotel guests were parking in the general lot and then had to move their cars when informed at the front desk that their cars could be subject to towing if left there overnight.

  : Clean, very friendly staff, quiet, nice perks like “ social hour”, free nibbles at front desk, super great location to UB.
  : No phone chargers in rooms. Sometimes hotels have built in phone chargers in lamps, none in room I stayed in.
