  : It was quite difficult to find a parking space, but I understand, that it’s quite normal :)

  : The location was at 15 min walking distance from the city centre and there was parking spaces on the street by the apartment.
  : The cleanliness wasn't great, the bed and sofa bed was not super comfortable. The toilet didn't have a lid and the little bit that you sit on was not screwed on properly, so it kept coming off. A replacement lid was lying against the wall still in the plastic wrapping. There was not much room to open the shower so it was difficult to come out after a shower and be able to close it while you were wet.

  : Bedroom is without windows. We asked for extra baby cot and received it, but without appropriate bed linen so couldn't really use it.

  : We wanted to cancel this booking after day one of the previous stay during Christmas, but the owners and the property manager were not responding to any requests even it was via the staff from Booking.com. We borrowed the duvets from the friend beforehand this time. After checking in, we realised that the bed sheets had not been washed. It still had a lot of hair from the previous guests. Please refer to the photos. We are not talking about an odd hair here and there which is unavoidable, the bedsheets were clearly not washed at all. We contacted the property manager and the owners again, as usual, there were no responses. We had to trouble our friend again to get some clean bedsheets. If you do not have a local friend who can lend you clean towels, duvets and bedsheets. Please do not even think about staying in this apartment. Please also remember to bring your own toilet rolls as well as there would only be a half used one available regardless of how many days you will stay. P.S. To the owners and the managers of this property, if you are going to write a comment under my review to apologise and give your millions of excuses, please do not add insult to injury.

  : I read the previous reviews before booking this apartment. However, this had turned out to be the worst apartment we had ever stayed. After checking in on Christmas Eve, we realised immediately that the bed sheets and the towels were all wet, there were only very thin bedspreads instead of proper duvets in the apartment. This was December and it was freezing cold. After contacting the property manager, she said she would come in one hour. However, no one showed up that evening. We kept our clothes on for the night. The cleaner and the property manager came the next morning and did provide some dry towels. However, when we asked to get some duvets, we were told that we would be charged extra for the duvets. We were not asking anything unreasonable here. This had nothing to do with the language barrier. Google translate works pretty well these days. Even after going through Booking.com, the owners and the property manager refused to respond to any requests. Luckily, we had some local friends who lent us e duvet. As per the photo, you can see the difference of the thickness between the bedspreads provided by this apartment and a proper duvet we borrowed. The people operating this apartment clearly had no interests about the welfare of the guests other than collecting the money. My advice is that avoid this apartment at all costs. We have stayed in many apartments over the years. Things do happen, we as the guests try to be as understanding as possible provided that the owners want to sort out the issues rather than ignore some basic requests from the paying guests. To let the guests freeze during Christmas is not what decent human beings do to other human beings. P.S. To the owners and the managers of this property, if you are going to write a comment under my reviews to apologise and give your millions of excuses, please save your breath. You had numerous opportunities to sort out this issue before I have to waste my valuable time to write this review here.

  : You should wash all towels preferably at 60/90degrees as often as they’re used. Or just buy new ones. Change dishwashing sponges/cleaning cloths every day. Skimping on hygiëne is not done especially when you know kids will be staying in the apartment. It was very smelly. The kitchen cabinet stinks of dirty cleaning cloths.
