  : I like a hotels location.
  : I didn't like a people who be in our room because one of them was really creepy and didn't get us a sleep. He all night was talking and laughing. He smoke in room.

  : The hostel is in a great location. Workers were good unless you came to them with a problem.
  : The rooms are above a nightclub and busy street which virtually run 24/7 making the noise pretty unbearable to sleep if you are in a street side room. You can counter this by shutting the window but then the rooms become a sweltering hot box. Our bathroom had a toilet with no seat (which there was no rush to be fixed and wasnt fixed during our stay) the showers were pretty gross. The stairs and common room are very old and outdated and had a weird smell. Many guests were complaining about bed bugs but we were lucky to dodge.

  : I liked that they had a communal area where we could have some tea,a quick snack or heat up food from outside.
  : I thought that the quality of guests based on its location was very dodgy. They (other guests on mixed dorm) did everything the establishment specifically said we should not do-alcohol bottles everywhere,smoking in the halls,disruptive. It was bad.I was in a panic about the bed bugs found on my pillow and sheets,Ive experienced bed bugs in my lifetime, its crippling in that you lose everything you own and they bite your skin. Luckily, I dont leave my travel bags open,o dont leave clothes on the floor and I caught it quick enough to check every piece of clothing I own. I quietly told the team member on duty, he called one of the managers, the manager acted quickly and got his steamer prepped and steamed all my clothing. He steamed my hair as the big was found on my pillow. He steamed each article of clothing and my jacket. I was relieved. They acted quickly, which I appreciate it. He (manager) assured me theyd be closing that room for 5 days.

  : Its close proximity and affordable price and availability for such a busy weekend in AMSTERDAM.
  : The washroom and floor shower areas. They are unsanitary. Important that if the guests must share a bathroom to have multiple disinfection products to keep the floors very clean even if flip flops are worn.

  : Filthy, friendly staff but didnt care one bit, have emailed management in regards to their bed bug problem and have had no response. Stayed one night and woke up with bugs on me check out instantly. Shower drains slow could see gunk resurfacing from drain onto bathroom floor. Understand its a hostel but the shape of it was unacceptable for paying 80 a night
