  : This hotel is very good, the stairs are very spacious, there is no need to share the bathroom with others, the room is large, there is a table in the room, there is a kitchen, the door of the room can be locked, it is very safe, the customer service is very polite, and the room has good sound insulation. The landlord did not deduct any money other than the room fee. This room should be very suitable for Airbnb, I hope the host can do better.

  : steep, thin and dangerous stairs, no table, no chairs, blind did not work, Wi-Fi was not provided, place smelled like wet dog.

  : The location of the apartment is great! The heating system worked well and made the place more cosy.
  : The place was not that clean, there was food and dust around and under the beds. There was lack of storage (some shelves or a cupboard in the 2nd room would be a nice addition!) and there was no broom, hair dryer or cutlery and plates available (there was a dirty cup in the wardrobe of the 1st room, actually). The kettle had white plaques floating inside, which seemed unhygienic.It would also have been more pleasant to have more than one towel per person (to have one for the face and another for the body). Presentation-wise, it would have been better to see ironed sheets/ duvet cover, because they were all crumpled, giving the idea that they were not that clean. This contrasted with the photos from the website, that showed neat beds and more towels per bed.Especially during these Corona times, this place didn't look very hygienic, clean or desinfected, starting from the crumpled bed sheets, to the dust and food on the floor around and under the beds. Another aspect is the lack of lock in the second room. For both rooms, actually, it would have been important to have a locking system, because the hallway is shared and our rooms are left unlocked (door closed but unlocked), when we are out of the house, leaving our belongings there unattended.We had been told that there was cutlery and plates for 4 people, but there was nothing and we had to buy disposable cups and cutlery, due to this misinformation.

  : Unfortunately we are not satisfied at all with our booking. For the fact that you have to pay a cleaning fee, everything is rather neglected. The windows are leaky and cannot be properly darkened, the blinds are broken. The sheets were stained and the corners of the rooms were dusty. There was also no way to store anything in the room outside of the suitcases, no chair, no shelf, nothing. A room door didn't close properly because the door handle was installed incorrectly. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, not even a holder for it. Also no possibility to hang up the bath towel (which was also dusty). When you took a shower, you splashed all over the bathroom, there wasn't even a shower curtain and the water didn't drain well. Customer service was also very bad. There were a number of rules on how to behave and we actually had the feeling that we weren't really welcome. It was really just a matter of earning as much as possible. The only positive point is actually the central location in Amsterdam.
