  : The room was spacious and well designed. Towels and bathroom were nice.
  : Lack of wifi: The availability of wifi was a fundamental criteria in our choice of accommodation, as it was essential for my work. Unfortunately, there was no wifi available in our underground room (and we had not been informed of that before our stay), which really impacted my comfort while working late.Room condition: The room we stayed in was dusty, and the carpet had an unpleasant aspect to it. Also the quality of the mattresses and pillows did not match the standards of 4-star hotels.Miscommunication regarding room capacity: We were three people traveling together. Upon inquiry, we were informed by the staff that only two people could be accommodated in the room, not three. However, when entering the room, we found out that it could indeed fit three people (there was a big double bed and a single bed, and towels for three people). Given that we had made an additional reservation at another hotel for the third person, this miscommunication caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional expenses.Inefficient management system: The check-in process was very cumbersome, I assume due to the poor integration of their management system with Booking.com. It took the staff almost 15 minutes to find our reservation, and we were almost sent to another hotel as a result.No storage space for luggage: Again, not matching Booking.com's 4 star-rating and the price of the room.

  : The room its self was a absolute mess from dust to stains to cobwebs to no windows in the even room the air con is there we turned that on and we lost our selfs briefly with the amount of dust that came flying out the person I was flying with was a asthmatic we had to go book a different room down the road at Quentin zoo hotel I would recommend there the staff at here was not helpful at all no cleaner was sent down and nothing to help us the Quentin Zoo hotel was great and the staff was so lovely
