  : Great location in charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Close to trams. Very clean! Nice bright opening windows with blackout curtains if you wish. No real closet, but there are shelves and plenty of nice copper hangers. Modern updated bathroom but as other reviewers say no shower door so care needs to be taken when showering. I didnt mind because it was so clean and the shower was so good! They provide a floor squeegee like a mop which takes very little effort to clear the water from the floor after your shower. I thought it was kind of brilliant and a great way to keep the whole space clean.
  : Almost too basic. No nightstand or glasses in room. One small table without any other real surfaces.

  : The two women and two gentlemen from Africa on staff were super helpful and friendly. The area had loads of nice shops and eateries. You were quite to a number of trams and major commercial streets.
  : The room was so poorly laid out , incredibly bad design. The bathroom was so cramped, there really wasnt any room to move. The shelving and closet area were completely insufficient, it was a corner nook and if you hung up your clothes on only TWO hangers you obscured the first shelf. The entire nook was far too dark to see what was there so I had to use the flashlight from my phone. In order to access the safe on the third bottom shelf you had to lie on the floor. The rug had stains on it.There wasnt a table or chair or cup/ glass. The two lights in the room had no dimming available so one went from total darkness to headlights when you woke up. The shower water never seemed to get very hot although the water for minuscule sink was boiling. Definitely will never stay here again.

  : The door to the bathroom was broken and there was no shower divider so water ran throughout the bathroom when you showered

  : The neighborhood was good. There were lots of shops and restaurants and close to Vondelpark. The coffee mugs in the room was dirty and stained and also the machine was barely working , so hotel staff offered us to have free coffee from the kitchen during our stay.
  : We stayed in Double Deluxe room with my husband. We have been told that the Deluxe room is larger than the other rooms and there will be coffee machine in the room, however the room and double bed was small and uncomfy. The coffee mugs were dirty, safety box, hair dryer and coffee machine was broken so we could not use it. The rooms are so close to each other, you can hear others every time when they come in and go. They do not even provide you with the hotel slippers when we ask, also they did not do any discount for renting a bike for their own hotel customers, we have been told to rent from others if it is cheaper. There was a hotel staff who is an older man and not smiling at all. So except of the location and free coffee we were not happy.

  : Bed was ok. Location was great.
  : We paid 185 a few weeks before online, then the day of it was only 85 for the same room. When I asked about it he said they had no control over the prices. 100 difference?! Maybe would have been acceptable if the room was fantastic, but it was not. Small, dirty- there were stains all over the carpet and didn't even want to take my shoes off, weird patio furniture for the furniture in the room. Pillows were awful. Again, would have been ok maybe if the price wasn't almost 200.
