  : I liked the location, close to the airport and not in the centre.
  : We did not get any breakfast because we came one minute to late. We slept late and arrived 10:01 knowing that breakfast was served 08:30-10:00. I thought I could take a cup of coffe and a piece of bread but was told breakfast was over and I could not take anything. That was very dissapointing.The hotel is also under renovation.

  : Horrible Experience engaging with this hotel. Booked for my boss and colleague for Amsterdam EXPO due to being close to the venue - looked ok online for a 3 night business stay! They both checked in the room for under 1 hour. Walked in and out - Rooms smaller than shown on pictures. Some maintenance was poor, sockets and shower - and rooms had a stench. Reception was advised, only to inform them that their complaint 'had been noted' as they left the property. No alternative was offered or checked.The property would not refund the stay, or percentage of stay, which was 1.2K for 2 rooms for 3 nights (unused) Pictures tell tales from what is promoted on B.com website to what is actually reality. I contacted the hotel in a kind manner by email, and showed pictures sent by my colleagues, they argued they are a clean hotel - everyone is entitled to their opinions i guess. (stained duvets and sheets) and they refused to refund still - however, they offered us 50% off our next stay. LOL. wont be back! It was not under b.com control, as greedy hotel already took the money although dispute was open during the duration of booking. However after being swung around b.com emails (best to call them) i am still waiting for booking.com to dispute 2 weeks later.I guess some reviews from 2022/2023 didnt change about bathrooms and stains.I'm very sorry to be writing this after all i tried to resolve with you personally. But if this was 100 euros i would not bother. 1.2K not refunded for not even staying there is poor customer experience. I hope no one else experience this.Check out breakfast area picture vs whats online :)

  : the location was perfect, - as a last minute booking to be as close as possible to the RAI venue - that was it
  : very low choice for breakfast; during my stay there was remodelling happening so maybe that's the reason why it was so limited.

  : Whilst we understood there was a refurb in the reception area the hotel was in pretty poor condition to be fair.Our room was ok. Bathroom sink was loose and was easily moved. Hairdryer was useless and the tv and remote were absolutely filthy. The balcony area was poor and not inviting.
