  : Location to airport The taxi was ordered by reception the previous night for us & arrived on-time. The driver appeared to know the reception staff & charged an exorbitant fare! Made me wonder,.............
  : Dirty fabric on chair, looked like blood, advised reception who didn't care, nor offer to change it over. He went on to say & l quote - you only ordered a standard double! Since when did that mean we should have to put up with a soiled chair (the only one we had!)Archaic lift, not a self opening door & door heavy, especially when managing luggage. Inside the lift, including door & floor was filthy. I raised the issue with reception who replied that there wasn't much they could do! They were completely disinterested.Tea and coffee sachets provided but no milk & very small thin disposable cardboard cups provided which were a health & safety issue when holding hot drinks. I went to reception and asked for 2 china cups and the barman came over and condescendingly gave me 2 glass mugs, and some milk in an uncovered wide topped vessel that was difficult to manage given the lift. We arrived around 2030 after delays & cancellations with German run trains, feeling exhausted hoping that the restaurant would still be open. We were told it was closed all day and we could dial in a pizza & gave us instructions on how to do this. We couldn't be bothered & didn't want to set up an account & then likely receive a cold pizza (which l later saw had happened to another customer). I asked reception why they hadn't advised me that the restaurant was closed so we could make other arrangements to which they replied it would be too difficult.I felt very let down by not only the hotel as l thought Mercure was a reputable brand but also booking.com that it didn't do any quality control, well certainly no recent inspections anyway.

  : I had issues with getting my invoice on the right address (company) and it was not solved untill today. I made this request while doing the booking and nobody informed me that the invoice with address of my company will not be issued. The property sent me to booking.com, and they sent me back to the property. This is ridiculous!
