  : We choose this property as we read good reviews on this app about it. We were also travelling with my elderly parents, thus having the possibility of being in an apartment was a plus. The apartment was spacious; we got an apartment with 2 rooms; there was a kitchen with the essentials and a bathroom. Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience.
  : Our experience was quite negative. First of all, the whole check in system was not clear at all and quite confusing. One day before our arrival, I received an email stating that I could do the check in online, but if there was any problem to not worry as someone was going to be at the building waiting for us. Well, I received an email to do the check in online just few minutes before the check in time (15:00); we had connection issues and thus I could not complete the check in, but I was not worried as the email stated that someone was going to wait and help us at the apartment. Well no one was there. I had to call them and try to do the check in outside in the rain and cold. After being able to get connection to finalised the check in, I still did not receive the email with the code that allowed me to enter in the apartment (again it was raining and I had my elderly parents with me). I had to call again to no avail. After 15/20 minutes of waiting outside in the rain, finally another guest let us inside, where we waited for the codes. Once we finally gained access to the apartment, we noticed that the place was not clean; door, sinks, toilet, table and floors were not clean. 2 of the towels provided were dirty and stained and there was no shower gel. Finally, the apartment is situated far from the city centre and there are not any public transport near by. There is the ferry that brings you to the central station but you need to walk 20/25 minutes to arrive there, and with bad weather conditions is not ideal. It is not worthy the money spent.

  : Other reviews criticise the location but whilst, granted, it is not in the centre, there is a free 24/7 boat which runs every few mins between the north portion of the city to central station. This is an area that is being hugely developed with nice apartments and businesses so as time goes on will feel increasingly connected to the wider city. From the apartment to central station takes only around 25 mins on foot and we found it no problem. The boat is also far nicer than any metro train (and, as mentioned, free). There are a few cafes and restaurants near the apartment and a grocery shop near the boat so we had all that we needed. The EYE centre (also near the boat) has another amazing cafe. The apartment itself was well equipped with its own washer/dryer and combi oven/microwave plus hob, kettle and coffee machine. The team that run the apartments were very responsive and available and they foresaw a potential glitch with the app that operates the outer doors and had supplied cards instead.
  : Our only minor gripe was that the apartment was very hot with only a heating system and only one means of getting ventilation inside (into the living room). It did get to 25 degrees, even by night, but this may have just been a glitch.
