  : The resort is everything I expect.. for the price I was paying.
  : It would have been nice to know their was customer service office.. I understand that now a days everything is done by phone, text or online... After being informed by phone were my keys were for pick up it seemed my queries were a something of a nusance or the establishment is not much into customer service... My suggestion is for the establishment to place a small book of the dogs and donuts, regulation what they expect of the customer, password of the internet and a no that really works and someone is willing to genuinely help- customer service... Maybe some restaurants, bakery in the area....

  : The quiet beach location was very relaxing , and the hotel manager is very welcoming and helpful
  : Needs a lot of maintenance . A lot of shotty workmanship with anything that is repaired on building and grounds . In need of a good pest control company , due to roach infestation . Looks like it was once a vey fine resort 30 or 40 years ago .

  : The property was great, the pool exceptional. The ocean and beach are nice and clam and very walkable. The family room was spacious with lots of amenities.
  : The hotel itself is a little old but still the amenities are good however we did get an electric shock every time we turned on the bathroom light and the fan did not work in our room. We never saw any staff there during our 4 day stay so there was no one there ever to ask for help as the office was always closed and locked, maybe on our 4th day but by then we were leaving. We could of used more than only two towels for a family of four. Could have been because of the holidays but still would have been nice to exchange dirty towels after a few days. Although we had a full size kitchen, a dish towel and some dish soap would have helped as we cooked most days. The area/town doesn't really have anything and you have to drive to Rincon for anything. You will need a car in this area. It is a better area to stay than Rincon but it's isolated in term of action. The Wifi only worked intermittently by the pool, so if you need strong wifi or it in your rooms you won't have it.
