  : I could see the Iditarod race out the window which is why I booked this hotel. Seeing that was fantastic and the room was perfectly located. We went outside for the start of the race but watched the last few from our room where we could get nice photos and video.
  : The staff wrote down our need for a wake up call on a board that hangs on the wall for the morning staff. The morning staff person actually told us that he didn't call us because "his guys hadn't also put a note into the computer" for him to look at the wake up call list! The morning of the Iditarod Ceremonial run! We barely woke up in time because we had 3 hours jet lag and a grueling trip to get to Anchorage from Dallas. I showed the gentleman my $11:00 receipt for breakfast because we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast included and I took a screenshot of the list hanging on the wall with our names and room number on it. We requested a refund for breakfast and he said he would take care of this on Monday but as far as I can tell, nothing has been done. The night before, when we were exhausted, the evening staff had great difficulty giving us the street address of a local restaurant that serves late dinner. Luckily we were able to get that information finally and it was a good restaurant. The first fellow I spoke with was very nice and tried to help us but we didn't see him again. Not checking the wake up call list on a day that important is pretty bad.

  : There was garbage, used tissues and rat feces under the headboard under the bed. Bad WiFi I was told that I had to go to dining room to FaceTime a sick family member even though I wanted privacy. Call disconnected every minute. Also no breakfast advertised so I spent 12 for overpriced food.

  : When arrived rooms were horrible for our group. They improved through the weekend. No art on the walls.

  : I didnt like anything but the location was alright I suppose...Hallways were filthy the elevator stunk so bad access to my room was ridiculous when you get out of the stinky elevator you have a flight of stairs to struggle to get down with your luggage very unsafe I had to wash my hair in the sink because you couldnt pay me to shower in the funky tub it should have been $35.00 a night not 76$ it took half n hour to check in I supposedly got an upgrade but I couldnt tell
  : I was not satisfied Im gonna look into getting a refund I couldnt even bathe the air vents were caked with grime cigarette burned carpet also the clientele was really ghetto this place was a complete rip off
