  : We had a great stay in this spacious apartment! The bed was really comfortable, the apartment was very large and the breakfast was outstanding. The best location to relax after a crazy Denali backpacking trip. We will definitely try to stay here again next time!

  : It is described as bed and breakfast......breakfast meant food was left in the fridge and I had to make breakfast myself! This to me is false advertisement Firstly when I arrived, the room/rooms were down a wooden stairs at the back of the premises The host and "her friend" met me and told me that they "take off their shoes when inside" and expected me to do likewise The premises is in the city not the outback, my shoes were clean. She insisted that on entering I immediately close the door and to keep the door from the hallway to the bed room and from the bedroom to the bathroom closed. This was to cut down on heating I could adjust the heating in the bedroom but the rest of the premises was freezing. OK it was June and around 15 to 18 degrees celius during the day but it is Alaska and has chilly breezes I was there for two nights. The bed was never made up. Sufficient towels were provided for the stay. Coming back to the "food" Cereal and yogurt was provided, brown bread, free range eggs, apples and over ripe bananas I would describe this as harmless and would be a joke in Ireland. The price for two nights was over €500 This was the most affordable for overpriced Anchorage During my stay I checked out hotels in Anchorage and they all seem over priced and way below expectations compared to any other hotel Worldwide. As most Europeans visiting Anchorage is for pre cruise nights, I would advise starting your cruise in Vancouver and ending in Seward and not visa versa. That way you don't have to spend as much time in over priced Anchorage Just compare these prices, what I paid for Anchorage verses The Slieve Russell in County Cavan Ireland I paid €130 for 1 night including breakfast in May 2024
  : No breakfast, Rules, Location, Price ( all prices for Alaska are over inflated) Switzerland is much cheaper and standard wise way above!

  : There was a lovely selection of fresh food for breakfast including fresh eggs from their hens! The hosts are very welcoming and a have a wealth of knowledge and information to ensure you take in the sights near and around Anchorage. They have a beautiful walking trail close by. The back yard area is very nice to sit out and enjoy a coffee or drink as you listen to the sounds of nature. The bed was very comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home.
