  : We didnt get to see the hotel (other than in pictures).
  : We sadly had a very bad experience with the customer service at Grnnbuene Rorbu Hotel. Because of an overloaded ferry, we werent able to arrive to this hotel the night we had booked (by the way, we recommend you arrive to the departing station as early as possible because the ferry can and will reach its maximum capacity). When we contacted the property in order to cancel our reservation, they werent AT ALL helpful with us and told us to contact Booking.com to make any requests. They were short with words in the telephone conversation that we had. When we contacted them via Booking.com, they ended up telling us that they couldnt reimburse anything from the reservation (not even the cleaning fees) of the room that we had booked, which was left unused during the whole night. Lastly and because we ended up arriving in Andoya the next morning on the next available ferry, we asked them if we could at least use the room that we had paid for in order to take a shower and they declined this request too, arguing that the check out was over at 12pm (even though our arrival time was shortly after 12pm). Overall, the customer service was not servicial AT ALL and very short with words and help when we contacted them via phone and email in order to address our problem. In our opinion, a small exception could have been allowed, for us to at least take a shower, even though the arrival time were shortly after 12pm given that the next guest will only arrive after 4pm (earliest check in time) and that the room was not used. This is what is expected for the price paid in this hotel and not such a high level of stinginess from behalf of the staff. Perhaps this Rorbuer is of good quality when it comes to facilities, location and rooms but the customer service is definitely not correspondant to such a high price paid, which left us very dissapointed.

  : The location was adorable. It was right on the end of a island with a lighthouse overseeing everything. It was a beautiful spot! The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent
  : The rooms were very small and because of renovations we had to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast and check in and any other things that we needed. But overall it was wonderful
