  : Very comfortable and clean room. Very friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Very affordable price. Only a short distance from the bus station.
  : I was double charged for my room. I paid when booking but was was then charged again after checking out. However once I contacted the hotel my credit card was credited and a very nice email apology sent. Mistakes do happen and the hotel were quick to rectify. Will stay here again.

  : PRO clean and comfortable; very large room for Europe; air conditioning good; and good location for walking around Andorra la Vella. In addition, the bathroom actually had towel hooks as I like to reuse towels. Parking is at the Novotel, for a reasonable price, with in/out privileges. It is roughly the same cost (and walk) as a public garage. Check-in/out was friendly; in fact the entire staff was friendly.
  : CON I did not read any of the reviews prior to selecting this property. I chose based on decent ratings, location, and cost. That said, Ive only given a six for the following: it is 2023 and not having adequate plugs by the bed is unacceptable when we all depend on devices for alarm clocks, etc.; wifi was not great either slow or lost signal several times; no mini-refrigerator in the room; breakfast had a good selection, but I suspect that the hot dishes were prepared the night before, refrigerated, reheated, and even being the first one in at 7:30 AM, there were cold spots in the scrambled eggs and meat products I didnt take away from my review for these items, but Id like to comment on the general condition of the property. It needs a refurbishment. The room was large, in fact with a slightly different layout, it could be a junior suite. The walls are of the 1980s popcorn finish. The carpet has bumps. And the TV requires two remote controls to use because of its age. This property has the potential to be a great 3, maybe 4, star property. Also, at check-in, the agent mentioned the spa and to let me know I needed a 2 Euro coin to use the spa locker. I checked the hours of the spa, walked over to it to check it out, and it was clearly closed.
