  : The facility refused to accept my booking from Booking.com and charged me for the night so the room ended us costing me twice what it should have. Not happy....

  : Made reservations through booking.com Facility did not show reservations and would not take confirmation number as proof. Rented another room at same facility and it was $35 higher.

  : We booked through Booking.com and our booking was never sent to the hotel. They kept on saying we never received the confirmation We ended up paying extra. Cleanliness was extremely disappointing as carpet wasn't as cleaned. Our bed was broken as well and kept rocking the whole night. We had a terrible overall experience.

  : Room smell musky. We were given a room then told when we were unloading the vehicle the room was booked. Then we ended up with the original room. We also had to go to the office because the room didnt have any

  : felt like we were in the middle of drug central. AC kept freezing up. The rooms were filthy.

  : Not a single penny was worth the stay it was horrible they only change the sheets in the rooms and leave the comforters in the rooms for the next guest we felt so dirty we washed everything we took with us as soon as we got home and showered twice
  : Everything from the discusting room to the cops arresting people on site both mornings we were there to the staff that hardly speaks English missing light fixtures in the room discussing shower where the last who knows when guest left there soap on the shower ledge long enough to collect hair and dust something was stuck to the back of the toilet seat and the carpets are swept with a broom no vacuums at all for cleaning

  : Everything was horrible. They first put us in a smoking room where the smell was unbearable. When we asked to change, the staff told us there was no room available. Then magically, when we said we would not stay, the staff found a room. The room he changed us to was better, however it was so dirty and nasty from the carpet in the room to the bathroom. The minimum we expect in a hotel/motel is the basic hygiene and a clean room. We asked them to clean the room on the second day, and they didnt. We complained and asked them again to clean on the third day, and they still did not clean. It seems like we paid to stay in a very dirty room and get stressed.
