: nothing good to say, property was being decorated, no carpets or curtains. Alternative property given, this was ok.
  : All of it!

Very Good

: House was very warm with copious hot water. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.
: Dim lighting in the kitchen. Kitchen could do with a few more items e.g. chopping board /bread board, small jug. Lounge would look cosier with some table lamps or upturn light.

: It's a comfortable four bedroom house. Beds were nice and soft... Plenty of lounge space and two bathrooms. Even had a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher
: Cooker maybe need a upgrade...

  : Nothing.
: The property was unkempt and tatty. When you go on holiday you should feel relaxed and welcomed. We didnt. Parking was difficult due to cramped provision, the property was tatty and unloved. At first glance the bedrooms seemed ok but the towels left out for us in our room were grubby and stained. The double glazing was blown and the handle fell off one of the windows. The settees in the lounge were scratched and tatty and the put you up table in the lounge was rickety with just four chairs- despite the accommodation being able to house more. The garden was woeful. One broken chair in a cramped, tired space. In the kitchen, shelves were either missing or broken in both the fridge and freezer and the fridge looked grubby. Cleaning products looked like they had been thrown under the sink and the cupboards, crockery and utensils were grubby. The whole house had an air of neglect. Our whole party felt despondent - not the way you should start a break.
