  : The hotel was gorgeous, the view was stunning, the room were ok, staff friendly, food was great.
  : They have rooms at the main hotel and also they have a separate villa, we were part of a wedding group and we were the only couple sent to the villa which was not the issue as the rooms at the villa are small but cute with air con which you need it in the summer. The main issue was firstly the room had 2 single bed but they change ( put them together ) in a double bed, secondly they have the roof people doing some work and they were actually outside of our window, they were banging all day long from early in the morning. We arrived Sunday evening and the staff didn t mentioned about this matter. Tuesday morning was our recovery hangover day, we couldn t relax or sleep because of the banging. Also no curtains. I went down to the reception and raised up the issue, they give us another room inside the main hotel which was great, however I made my point that they shouldn't really booked us in that room in the first place, they agreed. The new room was bigger, 1 double bed and 1 single but no air con or a fan, so be prepare for a sweaty night! Also the duvet were all singles despite the bigger bed ( one each tho ), I guess you can t have everything hey oh.

  : majority of facilities closed as between winter and summer season and no mention when booking.

  : Hotel facilities are good. But wedding parties are make a lot of noise and people walking on the corridor whole night, therefor I couldn't sleep... The hotel should split the guest between wedding party guest and regular guest.

  : The location and views were beautiful. The restaurant, bar, spa, and terrace were all as advertised. The food was good and the breakfast Buffett was outstanding. Great hiking trails everywhere. The pool, aqua park, and the games in the basement kept the kids busy.
  : The only thing for me that is a small gripe is the room size and beds were small and not the best quality but it was pretty standard for Europe if you are used to traveling in most hotels in Europe.
